Thai massage or more commonly known as Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, assisted yoga pressure and Indian Ayurvedic principles of holistic healing science. It made its way to Thailand where it was gradually became influenced by traditional Chinese medicine. For centuries, Thai massage was performed by monks as one component of Thai medicine.
